I am and have been a LONG time and current customer. Have a very consistent on time payment history with this place. Had to have a surgery on my arm which was not a cosmetic procedure now all the sudden instead of being a “valued customer” I have transitioned to hey this payment doesn’t need to be over 30 days late. I’m not 3 months behind. I’m not delinquent. I do understand the world doesn’t stop just because I had a surgery. And bills can’t be paid with dr notes. However, I have been a years long A+ customer with almost perfect pay history. Expected better from a company that claims to value customers.

Savannah and the others were honest, and determined to make sure I was taken care of. Very knowledgeable and courteous staff. Made sure I was informed and educated on all of the terms. I would recommend 10/10 fair terms and great customer service!!!!!

I cannot praise this place enough. Even though my credit wasn't the best, they took a chance on me when I was in need of assistance and have been there for me whenever I needed a little help. The people are friendly and caring, and the rates are extremely reasonable. I would give this place 10 stars if I could. 🙂
