The absolute worst. Can someone help me understand why the staff is so mean. Diann gave me the INCORRECT information. As a new resident this is only the second time I’ve had to do this, I never received anything in the mail so I was just trying to get a better understanding of what all I need before I leave and come back again.

Garbage experience. Nobody is held accountable to their behaviors anywhere you go anymore. There were annoying questions asked when updating drivers license. Everyone is a number. I know y’all don’t care about the review but some of the system questions and procedures need to be updated. People there were rude. This is exhausting. Glad i got what I needed done but im so burned out on careless people being paid to be rude.

Waited over an hour and a half.
Pulled my first number and one of the employees assisted me and told me after I called the assessor she'd call me back up to the desk in a minute. She then proceeded to leave for lunch. And informed me "you need to draw a new number". Asked again and was told "you can wait for her to come back from lunch or draw a new number sir"

These employees seem to do their best effort for each person who steps up to the counter. Please be kind to them. Be nice, because they also experience many rude and disgruntled patrons.

The county did a major disservice to us when they pulled the assessment personnel out of this office, especially when the assessment data would not transfer digital confirmations of completed assessments to the DMV. Chaos. However, it's not the fault of the DMV personnel--- so be nice to them.

These workers have always always been the most pleasant and helpful folks I have ever met at a DMV!! Sure it can get busy but that’s part of the deal going in person.
Makes me wonder if the low raters here brought their own black cloud into the building with them, this is a DMV that works.

Went in to renew my license. I was nervous because every previous experience I've had in revenue offices (all previously in cabot) were horrendous. I was helped quickly, and very nicely. I was in and out in maybe 12 minutes. If it was even that long.

Been here 2 hours. Only one worker is actually manning a desk for new vehicle registration. There are 3 additional workers walking around laughing and joking (not working). One appears to be the supervisor of this station. The only work I've seen her do was allow an individual to walk straight in, skip the wait and get tags from her personally (appeared to be related to her). Almost 50 people waiting. Around 40 people have come and left due to the wait/lack of service. I may drive to Conway or somewhere where people actually do their jobs while they're at work.
