La mitad o mas de las personas que attended este lugar parece que estan de mal humor, o parece que uno viene a pedirles prestado y no va a pagar, no piensan que uno paga porque esten ahi sentados, Benton County revenue Rogers office esta lejos de tener 3 starts de me parte, (base on my experience)

In all the states I have had to change my ID too for military orders I have NEVER spent so long as I did at the Benton County DMV. One lady sitting next to me had been there since opening, it was already 11:50. They had 2 people at the counter, when I walked in they were calling B 54 and we were pulling numbers C11. You have OVER 50 people waiting in line at 11:30 in the afternoon. We couldn't even get someone to review the documents to make sure we were waiting in line for nothing. This is by far the WORST abuse of state resources I have seen in a long time.

slowest place i’ve ever been. took 20 minutes to get through 1 person. one of the clerks sat on his phone the entire duration of my visit. do better

With as many people coming through there daily, the staff is friendly and kind. They were very helpful and took care of my registration and title quickly. The wait seems like it could be a while, however it goes pretty quickly. I was in and out within about an hour and had multiple things to process. Just be kind. They are working for us.

Only 4 employees working… it’s packed! What is the government doing with our taxes, what’s the whole point to have empty shelves? None what so called employees. And it’s past lunch time. This is ridiculous.

Nice and friendly! You can’t do driver’s licenses here since the tornado, you will need to go to Bentonville, Siloam Springs, or Gravette.

The new offices are bigger, but slower, few workers, poorly educated, dirty, bad look for a government office. very poorly organized 13 Windows and only 3 people working!
