The owner of the Sherwood neighborhood U-haul dealer recommended I go with a slightly larger cargo trailer and I am so glad that I took his recommendation because if I hadn't I would not have been able to fit everything that I needed into the cargo trailer I am so grateful to him drop off was easy and no issues

Went there today to get a propane tank. When I got there, Rob Hayes asked what I wanted and I told him. He then rudely yelled at me what size tank i wanted. Confirmed I wanted a 20lb tank. Then he walked outside to fill it. After about 10 mins he comes back inside and says in a condescending tone, "um ma'am we coulda finished this outside." I said, "I'm sorry, I have no idea what I'm doing." He goes to his computer after putting my propane tank on the floor. Didn't tell me I needed to follow him (I can't see the other registers because there are shelves higher than my line of site, and I've never been here before.) He then told me my total and rolled his eyes when I asked if I could get the 2 pairs of gloves I was holding. He rang me up and practically threw my receipt at me and walked away. I had to ask a very nice lady if I was finished. She said as long as he gave you the receipt you're good. (She was so sweet and nice) I am a short girl and the tank stands almost to my knees. I had to carry the damn thing (which is approximately 40lb when filled) one handed so I could carry my wallet and keys and had to put this thing in my truck without any assistance. Needless to say, I'm pissed and my shoulder hurts. So thanks for nothing Rob.

The facility was great, employees were very friendly and helpful. I turned the truck in after hours using the U-Hual app, which was a bit irritating (not the store’s fault). I didn’t previously have the app downloaded and clicked the QR code on the door of the truck. I found out the hard way that you can’t build an account in the app. It has to be done online, then you can log into the app. After I figured that out, turning in the truck was fairly simple and painless.

I have rented from this store several times. The workers are always very friendly and helpful. I had to take my dog for an unexpected Vet visit and they still held the car dolly until I arrived. If I need anything U Haul I will ALWAYS come here!!

I reserved a 10 ft truck and dollie. The wait time even with mobile check in was 45 minutes. Then an additional 15 for them to figure out a truck to put me in even though I reserved the truck 3 days prior. Truck provided was old and sun visor was hanging off. They decided to tape it up. But that didn’t work for long. Plus they didn’t have the dollie on the truck as other places typically do. Got all the way to my destination and realized there’s no dollie. I had to drive back to get it. Never will I use Sherwood Warden rd location again.

Customer service was very professional and accommodating. Price of rental equipment was affordable and very well maintained. I am very pleased with the transaction.
