Have banked with FAB&T (originally First Jacksonville) since I arrived in Arkansas in 1989. Have never had a major issue. Only minor issues, when ATM cards had to be reactivated or replaced. Customer service has always been prompt and responsive, at Sherwood, Gravel Ridge, Jacksonville, and Little Rock AFB locations. A huge law firm in downtown LR even recommended me to engage their Trust Department for wills & estates service.

Wildwood FAB&T location is the best location to go to for your banking needs. My teller, Tim, was absolute delight. He kind, understanding and respectful. This will be the only location I will go to when I need help.

I had a credit card issued through First Arkansas Bank & Trust. There was a dispute on a charge that I raised. It was an obvious problem with the merchant as the merchant stated they would return my money for the products that they did not deliver. First Arkansas Bank drug their feet, did not provide any updates, were not timely with any information unless I pestered them about it, and finally declined to return any funds.
I have cancelled their credit card and this bank is on my blacklist and it should be on yours also!

I read up on the views and decided to change my banking to this bank. The reviews had me fooled once I actually got into the branch. My online bank account was approved and they also gave me my new account number. I went into this specific branch to get a new debit card and was denied a debit card after my account was approved. Also, the lady that helped me had the nerve to ask me if I lived in Little Rock why would I come there to bank with them. Just wow. I will never bank here & will also let my friends and family know. It's the principle of how I was treated.
