I've never had a bad experience with Reeves ever. Friendly and always willing to help. Anyone with a complaint against them either expects to get something for free when and uncontrolled issue arises or didn't pay attention to the phone call. Will use them in the future. Will recommend.

Very RUDE and unprofessional!!!! I can honestly say that I have never been treated with such rudeness by a company that provides such an important service. I called this company on Monday and was told that they "would get to me". I called again on Wednesday morning and was told that I was on the schedule that day. No one ever showed up or called, so I called back this am. I was told by the lady that answered the phone that "I was not told it would be yesterday because they don't deliver to my area until Thursday". I told her that I spoke to someone other than her. She continued to argue.

I called another company and the experience was completely different!!!!

I will not be as prone to use them in the future I had a scheduled appointment and they did not call did not reschedule . Left me without propane moving into a new home with no heat.Appologized when I called but done nothing for my trouble ....they cancelled all appointments due to Corona ,but did not call customers:( .I have called AmeriGas talk to Travis and got they kindly agreed 2 schedule an emergency appointment so that my family can have heat in our new home.) ...(Reeves has always been great before this but you dropped they ball and didn't offer to make it right in anyway.)

Reeves Propane is a great bunch of people, when we were setting up our homesite we had some specialized needs and they handled them without any muss or fuss and unlike some of the other propane outfits they will work on and service anything you have that pertains to propane.
I highly recommend them without reservation. 5 stars plus
