By far the most unprofessional company I have ever had the opportunity of partnering with.

They have been out to my home on 3 different occasions to fix 1 problem and have continually charged me labor to fix their problems each time. They charged $1200 labor on the first visit to dig up sewer and replace sewer pump. No breakdown of hours or rate or anything.

Less than 6 months later, the part they replace failed. They came back out to fix it, which I think should have been on them, and charged $425 in labor. Again, no breakdown of hours or rate.

Lastly, a month later, the sewer pump failed, AGAIN! Mind you, this is the 3rd time in less than a year. They charged $212.50 at a "discounted" rate of $85/hour. My property manager and I actually met with them on this occasion and fixed the problem for them. We plugged the pump into a different outlet and has worked fine ever since. THEY CHARGED $212 IN LABOR AND DID NOT TOUCH A SINGLE THING.

After all of this work was completed, they left my yard a complete mess and my HVAC unit is about to fall in the hole they dug. I asked them how they planned on fixing it to no response.

I would like to suggest to everyone in the Batesville/Southside area, if you have a plumbing problem, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE take your business elsewhere. Matthew "the 20-year-old master plumber" and his team will do you dirty. Pun intended.

Update 1/2024: 5 star service and definitely recommend! I needed an old tub faucet replacement, a leaking hot water tank replaced, and a pressure valve under my house replaced. Having a good experience previously buying parts from McClure, I of course called them to do the work. Corey and Braydon got the whole job done in just a few hours and were very efficient and thorough. They are really professional and you can tell that they want the customer to be happy with their work. They installed quality components and made sure that their repairs were even better than what had been in place previously. I definitely recommend using McClure a plumbing for your needs. They are not only hard workers, but also great people.
(Previous review/2018) Excellent selection of plumbing fittings and valves in their shop and very friendly knowledgeable staff on hand. Good prices and much quicker than trying to find what you need at Home Depot. In house Plumbers available to perform repairs if needed. A great place, very happy I discovered them! Their card says they do plumbing, drain and gas services; new or repairs.
