Horrible experience. Drove an hour and a half away just to meet with an entitled employee who I'm pretty sure was the owner (didn't get her name). She was snappy and hostile when asked about products. We already knew what we were buying and had already negotiated prices with a man, and when we brought it up she called him (referred to him as Gonzalo) and changed the price on us and when we told her it wasn't the price he told us she said "well I'm clarifying now" in a rude tone. We walked out. She was extremely unpleasant and unprofessional. Don't come here unless you want to be mistreated.
No Vengan Aquí!!! Una la empleada, más bien la dueña, era una señora muy arrogante, desagradable y maleducada. Cuando le explicamos que ya habíamos hablado con alguien de ahí, y quedamos de
acuerdo en un precio, ella le marcó a él (a "Gonzalo") y nos cambió el precio. Le dijimos que ese no fue lo que nos acaba de decir el y nos dijo "Pues yo se los estoy aclarando." Si quieren ser maltratados, vengan aquí

My wife and I went to this place today, and the customer service was terrible. It was like the lady there didn’t even want us to be there. I work in sales, and customer service is always number one to me, something this lady knows nothing about. Don’t waste your time here or your money. If they want this place to grow, then put that lady in the back or send her to unload the trucks; she should not be the face of the company! I've seen better customer service at McDonald's! The guy who helped us out after her was nice and friendly. Teach her a thing or two about how to talk to people!

Purchased laundry detergent and the lady working the register was very rude. Charged me 5 dollars each for pumps for the detergents when they are definitely not worth 5 dollars, very cheaply made, can probably find something way better on Amazon. One was broken without realizing but I won’t be returning to get another. I was most likely overcharged for everything because she seems like the person to do so. Her attitude will definitely keep me away from buying another item from these people and I will definitely tell everyone I know to stay away from this place. You should smile and say hello when customers walk in, instead says nothing and gives you an ugly look the whole time. Do better!! It’s not hard to be nice!
