Multiple times service has been terrible. Went to drive through tonight. Waited 20 minutes. Went inside. Ordered Bell grande. No vegetables at all. Just bland. They need to do better

Drive through had me pull up. Waited on my food for 25 minutes.
Turns out, 20~ minutes into my wait they gave my food to another car. After waiting another 5 minutes, they came out and gave the other car the correct food and took my food from them and came directly to me to hand it to me after it has sat in the other vehicle for 5 minutes.

This is in no way acceptable.

Don't eat here I walked in and promptly seen one of the workers dip there ungloved fingers in the cheese sauce and lick it. 10 seconds later she did it again with the same hand. Needless to say I walked right back out

I ate the 2 pack Cantina Chicken Chalupa and instantly got sick.

I made it 10 miles down the road to begin my days of work and couldn't. My gut, that never throws a fit about anything I eat, couldn't keep it down!!! If a cast iron gut can't tolerate it, don't eat here!

I tried calling the store and it said "line busy" each time!

We swore KFC/TB awhile back. Took a chance on it today and was very pleased. A new manager is in place there and the first thing we noticed was clean smell. They actually had some chicken already fried. No wait and our order was correct! There was a car at the drive thru that got their order and pulled up to check it and it must have actually been right because they pulled away and left. Keep up the good work!

They really need to know how to hire people that likes their job because apparently the one that work today the drive-thru she was rude I don't understand why you can never get a napkin the taco we got looks like it was just throwed together

They really need to work on their prices. I acn eat at Mexican restaurants cheaper and have better food

Got some cinnamon twists and the package was only half full.. They also tasted disgusting. Burnt? I don't know but it was gross. Bummer
