The person who acts as a manager in this branch named Usman, he is really rode and not helpful also his bankers who opens Accounts and sell you credit cards does not help you if you have any question after they give you the credit card, one of his under staff just call the 800 # and left me alone didn't help while I asked him to help he said it's not my job very bad for a big bank to have such unprofessional employees. Not recommending this branch for your business.

Very disappointed! The specialist clearly did not know to navigate the system and invited us over 20 min late. Took 1.5 hours to open a business account, did not explain fees and how to add it to mobile banking. The account is still not showing in the mobile bankig and no one at the bank is picking up the phone. Tried to reach another person in their directory and the vm box is full...

Awful service. Multiple people in line, one teller and he's busy cracking jokes and holding the line up. Can't be bothered to move quicker. The rest of his peers also were busy hiding eachothers cell phones and just being useless, couldnt be bothered to greet anybody or help out. Just typing away and laughing on their cell phones. Very unimpressive and proudly demonstrated why I don't use this bank, I only had to come here to cash a check. Avoid BofA.

I will never review your bank. They hacked my bank account with me and I don't know who else. But they did not give me any security. Whoever did this, he took my money. He took 49.95 cents from me and I have just closed my bank account. I thought it would be a very good bank. My money will be spent in it. But I was wrong and I call your bank very bad.

Very unprofessional staff. I can’t remake easy money transfer for IRS. Be careful not trust BoA money system they just left you with your problem. Now I pay extra money for my past due payments and try to set up for IRS.
