I went to a teller inquiring if the offered a medallion stamp which most branch managers do. The teller had no idea what I was talking about. He asked the manager next to him. She replied that the person who would do that is on vacation. She started rattling off branches which might or might not offer it. I asked if she would mind calling for me and she quickly said “no I won’t.”. I asked if she might have a resource for information to contact all the branches. She again replied no. I asked her “so I have to go online and research it myself?”. She replied with a smug smile “that’s right”. I use Chase when I’m working in San Diego and all the employees I’ve ever encountered have never been so rude and almost goes out of her way to be unhelpful

I open a Chase checking account online I was told I would get $300 to open the account instead I opened the account they closed the account and told me to go into a branch, I went into the branch they opened a different account and then said the coupon code had already been used to open the account they closed for the 300.00 which it had not.
I feel like this is a scam bad business someone needs to either reactivate that original code or give me a new one because I'm going to report this to the Better Business Bureau

Worst bank ever in this area! Very unprofessional! Twice sent me back home to bring additional documents just for a business account and finally did not open a business account. They need to put my name instead of my business name even though I provided the business license. Go any other bank. This area where I live has many professional banks with great customer service!

Terrible bank. I've had perfect payments history for over 15 years and they can't offer me any type of reduced INT rate. Not even a courtesy call offering something like a new card. Work with other banks. Save yourself from being squeezed by their rates.

I just want to say that every time I go to this location everyone is super kind, acknowledging, customer service is amazing and I am just impressed. I came in today because I was being charged for a subscription at Lash Studio, which I canceled a month ago with documentation provided and they were still taking my money, basically stealing it and none of their managers would talk to me even when I came in person, anyways, the tellers were very kind and had me talk with a gentleman there, I forgot his name, but he helped me right away even though their systems JUST had crashed, he was still able to help me through the chase app and resolve my problems. My stolen money is now back in my account, I really appreciate all of you at this location!

Worse service ever, I don’t know if it was a way I looked that caused me to be treated like this. But Jerry and the branch manager at this location are VERY RUDE. First of all he acted like he was TOO GOOD to shake my hand. I came in to do a wire transfer, before Jerry can even get my name he told me 20 reasons why he couldn’t help me. I try to ask him why he’s telling me he CANNOT help me before even trying he just brush me off. At the end of the convo I tried to tell him I didn’t appreciate the energy’s day the way he did business. He LAUGHED and told me to talk to his manager, I went to talk to the manager and she LAUGHED too. IM NEVER RETURNING HERE. RACIST PEOPLE

I love this branch because it have a drive thru. Sometimes I just dont want to get out, so just use the ATM drivethru and I'm done.
