Erica and Dan are wonderful. I called regarding my heating fireplace, Dan was punctual and professional , he did the job in a short time. In addition, he helped me with my heat pump. Another company tried to fix my furnace 4 times and couldn't get it right. I called Moore and received outstanding same day service. They identified the problem in a matter of minutes and had the new part on their truck. They also discovered that the previous company who had worked on it had installed the wrong part. Very clean , thorough job !! First one that ever took lower stove apart. Was full of creosote which explains the slow draw. Love this companies employees!!
