Don’t waste your time with home goods unless you want to pay $200 to ship a small side table or wait 3 months for delivery because they apparently don’t keep inventory. Looked for an alternative and the other items also had long lead times.

I am a fan of their men’s shorts though 🙂

Horrible sales rep!! I came and asked where and item was and the sales woman asked me what size and looked at me up and down like she didn’t believe me. Then proceeded to tell me they don’t sell bigger than 8. (I know they sell bigger because I shop here regularly for years) At this point she asked another sales rep and decided to emphasize that they don’t sell bigger sizes when I clearly know they do. The other sales rep said it was sold out which was all I needed to know. I clearly know I’m not a small girl so why not just say we are sold out then make me feel horrible.

Came to the store today with my girlfriend. Weren’t acknowledged at all by either staff for a few minutes and left. Makes sense why there was no one in the store. Only Leaving a 2 star for how aesthetically pleasing the store is.

I love Banana Republic. The Corte Madera store was recently renovated and the designer messed up with the changing rooms. They are typical size but they don't have a door, rather someone thought it would be a good idea to install a curtain. I am sure that works well if I was shopping by myself, but that is not the case. I have three children so yesterday I had my 5 year old with me, he was in the changing room with me when I was trying on some pants. At some point he got bored and opened up the curtains, the whole store got to see me standing in my underwear. Oh he also walked in on some lady changing as well. I am not a fan, please install doors on the changing rooms.

Newly remodeled store is now next door to Macys. There is a nice clearance area with a lot of different sizes to chose from. I gave three stars bc I was totally ignored when went into the fitting room to try on clothes. The two attendants were too busy chatting to acknowledge me although I walked directly in between them. As I was trying on clothes, I could hear them greet other customers. The check out guy was nice however.
