We greatly appreciate Maddie and the team for helping us out today! My wife loves Aritzia and we would have to drive to San Jose to shop at Valley Fair. Now, her favorite clothing store is just 10 minutes away, life is good. Maddie and the team were attentive, helpful, friendly and upbeat. We were able to find all her winter clothings for the great selections and choices. We will be back again soon. Thank you for the great experience! 🙏

I went into the store with a return, intending to exchange and buy additional items. The manager intercepted me at the door, stating they would not accept an exchange on Black Friday despite the store being empty. The entire interaction was unpleasant. Thankfully this is not my regular store location. I will not be returning to the Corte Madera location.

I've been shopping at Atritzia since they opened in Ottawa, Canada back around 2012 or so and have always enjoyed the clothes and the experience however Blaire M. at the Corte Madera Aritzia has gone so far above and beyond to make every trip to Aritzia not just enjoyable but successful. Blaire knows the store inside and out, she knows what is and isn't in stock by color and size without having to check the computer (although she always does just to make sure)... She is an exceptional listener and makes the most helpful suggestions when I'm looking for something in particular or for a certain event. Blaire isn't pushy and doesn't try to make you spend more than you intend to but I always do because she's so darn helpful! ... and while Blaire is the person I've interacted most with at this store, the rest of the staff has also been so great as well... Love the Corte Madera Aritzia so much!

Best shopping experience in a long time. Went there for the first time yesterday. The store is clean and well organized. The best part was Ariel. She was very attentive, helpful, nice or knowledgeable. Such a welcome experience, as many employees at stores these days can’t even bother to look up from their phones. Will definitely be back!
