I have a mail box here. I am shocked at the indifferent level of service. The owner is not nice or friendly. I brought in an Amazon box to return & he basically turned me away saying I would have to "tape it myself" as a roll of tape sat on his counter. Since I am in there almost every week and mail multiple things there --you would think he could be more helpful to a frequent customer. But no. My other UPS location was much nicer. Sorry I moved.

I should have written this review years ago...this is my go to store for shipping. The owner is awesome and always PRESENT. His staff represent his business well and they are very helpful, and respectful, especially now with all the Amazon returns and e-commerce they handle. The business is an asset to our little community of Dana Point.

A few days before Christmas, I overnighted a very special package to the Dana Point store for my friend to pick up there. A winter blizzard hit my area and created an unforeseen delay.

Mike and his staff were SO incredibly kind and considerate. They honestly cared about my package arriving as much as I did. They actually took the time to call me personally when my friend's box of gifts arrived safe and sound!

I could not have asked for more than the thoughtful service they provided, and I am so grateful for their kindness and help. ❤️

I showed up here with a pile of disorganised boxes and mistake-ridden attempts at completing a Google return. The first person who helped me indicated that this was going to be a big job, but the owner Mike came out and took over responsibility for helping me. There’s a story that went along with why I was there, and what I saw was a man leading his employees with natural authority and simultaneously demonstrating the meaning of customer service. The result was that I was helped through a task I had been dreading, with service that was truly above-and-beyond.
