Had a great time observing while strolling below the cliffs of the Ritz-Carlton Laguna Niguel---a child was heard screaming off in the distance (see video).

OC Lifeguards are located in Dana Point and patrol seven (7) multi-million dollar stretches of beach. Agency is committed to safety/prevention and runs the OC Junior Lifeguards program (Salt Creek Beach).

OC Lifeguards protects public safety at: Santa’s Ana River Jetties, Emerald Bay, Monarch Beach, Dana Harbor Baby Beach, and Capistrano Beach and Poche Beach.

Horrible lifeguard service. They often go late on rescues or just sweat them out. They have no concept of ocean lifeguards. They are probably the worst lifeguards in all of southern California beaches. Do not trust them.
