My wife and I moved up to Alexan Danville Apartments, after a lifetime in Southern California.
The experience so far has been nothing short of AMAZING!
We toured the property several months ago and then everything else, up until move in day, has been accomplished either online or over the phone.
David and Adrianna have both been INCREDIBLE in making this an easy transition.
The whole process is super well organized through the resident online portal and was a totally seamless operation.
We were originally planning to be here about 6 months while we look for a house to buy. So far, we love it so much..... we may NEVER leave!

We moved to Alexan Downtown Danville just a few weeks ago and the experience has been exceptional thus far. First off, the office staff are so professional and helpful. You truly get a 5 star experience from the leasing office staff. You can always drop in if you need some help and they are very prompt with requests. The leasing office is aesthetically pleasing and even the mail room has a great vibe. Secondly, the grounds at Alexan Danville are akin to a nice resort. Thirdly, the apartments are beautiful with new top of the line appliances. Where else can you find a chefs kitchen with a GAS STOVE in a rental like this--it is not common, as you often find electric stoves in many complexes. Lastly, the location is absolutely amazing being in the heart of Downtown Danville. Downtown Danville is wonderful with various bars, restaurants, and shops. Overall, this place is amazing and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a luxury apartment complex.

We moved here in august and love living here! We appreciate the staff Kiersten & Jacob for all their assistance and help with applying and making the whole process smooth and easy. They are both so helpful with any questions we have and very professional. We have a one bedroom and it is more than enough room for the both of us, we love the community events they hold, the gym, and all the other amenities they have to offer. We are living in a dream here ! Thank you Alexan!
