Avoid this business. Made an appointment on a Sunday with Nate in San Marcos who sent me to Temecula dropped the truck off at 10 am told me to pick it up around 1:30pm same day. I then get a text from the shop that they didn’t finish and would need to leave my truck overnight but you can pick it up after 3 pm it was not ready at 3 pm had to wait until 6:30pm when they finished. The next day I noticed I could see white paint through the Rhino lining and the tailgate was cracking called Nate and said sorry about that we have been having problems with that shop bring it to me in San Marcos dropped it off came to pick it up and was not ready again waiting until 6pm. Next day noticed they got Rhino Lining all over the paint of my truck called Nate said bring it back and we will remove with Acetone! This place is a joke

These guys were amazing! Nate was one of my favorite customer service people of all time! They really take pride in their work and my truck turned out great. They did a Rhino Liner spray on the top of my truck and sprayed the chrome bumpers and front grille with it too.The communication couldn’t have been better. I would highly recommend this company.

I got my Jeep Gladiator Rhino Lined. From the gentleman I spoke to on the phone “Frankie” who set the appointment for me to the gentleman I dealt with when I arrived “Sam” were both excellent, friendly and extremely informative. Sam walked me through the process when I arrived and what to expect the finished product to be, which was on point. Although, the process took longer then the estimated time that wasn’t that big of deal as Sam messaged me an hour before estimated pickup time explaining the situation. Which was great and allowed plenty of time to make alternative planes, great having those updates straight to your cell phone. The finished product turned out amazing and on point. I’m extremely happy with the hospitality and enthusiasm these guys have with your vehicle knowing how important your rig is to you! Highly recommend! Thanx guys!

I had called to get a quote a few weeks ago. Sam was great. He was very excided and enthusiastic. His product knowledge is great and their prices are very competitive. They were able to get me in same day and had it finished within hours. They have a great showroom and can do it all. I highly highly recommend this team. They really love trucks and will do it right and treat yours like it was family. GREAT JOB!!

Take your truck/vehicle and business else where beware of Nate typical car sales man will tell you what you want to hear till there is issues their mistakes have cost me around 5k in damages and counting a short 24 hrs after picking up my vehicle had to take to another shop to fix his mistakes , all Nate had to say was sorry we made a mistake and so far has done nothing to replace/ repair shops mistakes always giving me the run around talking to upper management etc etc I have invoices for all repairs to fix CIDS mistakes and audio recording admitting fault with pics of damages to anybody who’s wants to see them I’ve reported them to BBB and have a pending lawsuit small claims see you in court Nate

I was pleased with the service that I got for the 2020 Ford Ranger, they helped me out with an awesome wheel selection and mounted the tires, made adjustments to fit a 295/70R17. They are very knowledgeable and professionals. I'm definitely coming back for some more mods to get the FX4 Ranger for an awesome off roading adventures. I found their website while in Australia and they responded right away on my inquiries. Great and awesome place to take your rigs.

I chose CID Rhino Linings & Truck Accessories knowing they are family-owned local business. Their flawless reviews on Google set my expectation high as review after review raved about professionalism, workmanship, promptness, and communication. When I took in my recently purchased 2021 Chevy Silverado 2500 HD, Franky met me with enthusiasm and seemed very knowledgeable in the products they carry and really took his time to answer all my questions. The service after the sale, however, did not meet the 5-star service that other customers had. The workmanship on the lining is very well done and done promptly. I am very pleased with the final product and my truck bed looks great. The AMP Research Powersteps running boards however, was a whole other story when in came to the product installed and completing the install. When I finally had my steps installed, they too worked well but the running boards seem too short for the truck. (Still waiting to hear back from CID, it was noted and pictures were taken). I am pleased with the final product as far as functionality but it does not look right. If you care to read about my experience keep reading (it’s long):
During the finalization of the sale, Franky told me that to have me in and out, I would need to bring my truck in the following week on a Wednesday to make sure both the lining and the electric step would be done by Friday. The way he explained the process was that one day the Rhino Lining would be completed and the next day the steps would be installed. The following Wednesday, I dropped off my truck promptly at 8:30am, when they opened. Hoping that by doing so my truck would be ready by Friday morning at the latest. Sadly they were unable to deliver and instead offered for me to pick up my truck for the weekend. I explained my frustration for the lack of communication. When I picked up my truck, I was told that it was more like a 4–5-hour process and that they needed the entire day to complete. I asked them to be honest and give me a day in which I would be able to drop off my truck and pick it up the same day by midday or so. We agreed that Tuesday was better. Franky told me to make sure to drop of my truck at 8am and they would get it done ASAP, which I did.
On Tuesday, I called around 3pm, thinking that maybe they were busy and forgot to call. A gentlemen answered the phone and told me that they weren’t sure if my truck had been even started but assured me that it would be done at 6pm but it would be better to give them until 6:30.
I showed up at 6:30 and the truck still needed 10-15 minutes to complete. Annoyed at this point, I vented to a tech, who apologized again for the delays and seemed appreciated of my feedback and assured me that he and the staff would take my verbal review of this process serious.
When my truck came out of the shop, my doors seemed passed over with a dirty rag (my truck had just been next to a sprinkler the day I dropped it off so it had water spots one side ) and because of the rushed install the cords underneath where not secured and the radio antenna was not put back on. I am not satisfied with the look of the running boards.
Thinking that I would retrieve the antenna when I picked up my WeatherTech Floor Mats and Under Seat Storage System I didn't make it a big deal. Unfortunately I was unaware that it was laying between the hood and the windshield when I drove through the car wash. The antenna blew right off and into the sewer area, luckily the attendant was able to retrieve it.
All in all the products were satisfactory but the run around service left much to be desired.

Had a light bar mounted on my 23 Raptor. Just moved out here from Boston and had to find a shop I trusted to work on my truck. The guys in the shop were great. From ordering to install they were on point. Will absolutely be going back for some suspension work and a wheel and tire package soon.
