Due to the fact that Janene Bacica, Mr. Shoemakers loan processor wrote an illegal civil order on me on 10/28/2020 and it ended 12/21/2023, I feel the need to review this company. I recommended her to him in 2001. I considered her a friend. She committed perjury in documents about and I was never legally served all documentation from this psychotic woman. She violated my life and my Constitutional rights as a human being. She has spread hate and lies about me. She participated in getting me kicked out of my legal rental during the pandemic and burglarized me and threatened me about my possessions. She wrote an illegal missing persons report on me on 8/4/2020. She lied in order to create a dangerous situation in my life. I don't care if she is embarrassed and humiliated. She violated my life. I am a licensed escrow agent for the State of California. I have worked in the title and escrow insurance industry since 1998. She does not get be vile venomous vindictive or vengeful towards me. I am beyond sad that I trusted her. August 6, 2020 at 3:30pm outside her house she spoke to me about looking up my phone number and how to clone it then blamed it on my oldest sister. Not one person in my life ever spoke to me about such a thing before that day. This woman does not understand the laws of CA or perjury by her. I am a good human being and I feel violated every day because of this person's lies to avoid burglary charges and theft and destruction charges. Good bye. It was great working with Mr. Shoemaker since 1999-2006. Happy New Year.

My husband and I used Brad Shoemaker when we bought our home in 2003 with great success. Since then we have refinance 4 times, each time improving our rate with very little loan cost and personal service. The best thing I can say is I was always able to speak with Brad and he did exactly what he said he was going to do. I have recommended him to several friends and my sister. I trust him and highly recommend him.
