My husband and I purchased a pan and some other items at this store today. The pan was on a rack that had a price tag of around $100. When it rang up it was $179 and we didn't catch it until we paid and left the store. We decided to return it later the same day and we were told we could only return it for store credit. There were NO signs stating this return policy at the store and nothing was communicated from the store employee. I feel that this an important thing to communicate to customers and I might have reconsidered shopping here had I known. I believe in supporting small businesses but this was my first and last visit to this store and I will make sure to tell my friends and family about my experience.

Not very much of a selection and the prices are extremely high.

Edited for the business owner: We came looking for a French press coffee maker, you only had one brand in stock in 2 sizes and they were almost $60.
This is why small businesses don’t last, it’s much cheaper and easier to get the same product online now. Amazon had the same French press with next day delivery for half the price. Sorry.. Just telling it like I see it.

Only offers in store credit for refunds. Nice lady and nice store, but I was only offered in store credit for a return less than one hour after purchase. I should have inquired before hand on their policy, which is why I am writing this review. Hope this helps someone not make the same mistake as me

I have been looking for some hostess supplies for summer parties with a special focus on my child’s birthday coming. There was more I found than I thought I could at a restaurant store. They have plenty of items for home use! I was able to pickup chafing dishes (they even special order a unique style I wanted), corn on the cob plates, ice cream Sunday glasses and dishwater. Tamia helped me find things, offered used/rental options and was chill about all my questions. I’d recommend to others planning parties or sprucing up your hostess game.

My husband bought a muffin tin at this store less than 24 hours ago. Wishing to return it, I brought it back with the Visa receipt given to him. The woman, who was the only person allowed to deal with returns refused to take it back even tho I had the receipt
She said she needed the store printout that said what the $20 product was, in addition to my approved Visa receipt.

It is my understanding that proof of purchase is sufficient to return to this store and certainly an untouched (all packaging was intact)
Item. My husband does not recall being given additional paperwork for this purchase yet our proof of purchase is insufficient for this place?
Who runs a business with this lack of courtesy and customer service? DO NOT PATRONISE .

Love this place!! The owner and staff are so kind and helpful.They have such a great selection of things I need and didn't know I needed. Will definitely be back over and over again. Love a small, family run business, that is community focused! We need more of those.

They will not allow returns after two weeks like every other retailer. They are rude about the policy saying we should have read the receipt. They would not even allow store credit for a couple of glasses that would not fit in a rack and had to be returned.
