Looks like they keep the positive comments. We remodeled our two bathrooms, and bought some items. Primarily an expensive bathtub that they sold to me a one of the most durable tubs for the price of a 1000.00. They do have some beautiful things in their store but beware after the sale you are on your own. Management made it very clear that all responsibility lies on the customer and whomever installed. I think this is why they said they don’t do installation. We have followed every direction they gave us and a crack appeared in our tub by the drain. When I felt it, the top material felt paper thin. So much for the solid tub. When I called he gave me the number for permanent ceram and would not help me at all practically hanging up on me. I had called before about it feeling a bit un sturdy. Even after I had purchased things, when I would question anything they were defensive. Really bad customer service. Mean. They do not stand behind their products. This is my experience with them. Will never refer or go back again.

I really like working with Del Rey Supply. The people are very helpful and communicate well. Originally I was going to work with a salesperson at another local store but when I called to arrange an appointment, the person on the phone was so unhelpful and told me just to come in. So I did and my salesperson was working with someone else who HAD an appointment. So, I walked out, went to Del Rey Supply and ordered everything I needed. I will continue working with Del Rey Supply as we remodel more of our home. Skip the bigger, national chain; they are so not on the ball! Del Rey is local and so much more professional. I read reviews for the other chain and found that many other people felt as I did.

I went in to purchase a shower head. I found Carlos to be very rude and had a condescending attitude. I asked him a questions and felt belittled by his response as if I should know. Later, I had a question about another product and he said, "I'm busy, you'll have to wait." So I waited, and waited and asked again. He repeated that he was busy! Sounds to me like he doesn't really enjoy working on the floor with customers.
