Desert Fire was hired to inspect and certify the fire suppression system in my condo complex. A previous owner had damaged one of the sprinklers in our unit, so this company was to do the replacement so that our unit could be certified. I’ve just been stood up for a second time, as they were a no-show to the six hour window they provided for me to be on site so that they could come and do the work. This was after failing to arrive for the first window that they scheduled for. Note that these time frames were their choice. I was never consulted on. What time would work best for my schedule. I’ve lost over $300 in work income due to their incompetence. Stay away from this unethical company.

Edit: I’m providing this update after the business responded to my review. The scheduling was NOT done through my HOA. It was done through somebody in desert fire protection’s office. They are directly responsible for making me lose hundreds of dollars of income. Please consider another company as this one is not committed to customer service and willing to lie about it repeatedly.

Great service, they have been maintaining my fire extinguishers for years. The guys pop in and out, quick and easy. Friendly employees, especially the phone representatives who tend to the phones.
