The workers at the front desk are great but now they have new drivers we own a construction company and have been ordering from them for years the new drivers however are not very professional and now we have to sign a waiver to not sue them if they damage the property? What is this? Been sued a few times im guessing!

Desk help seems to be a lot better in the last few months. Manager Jason very helpful. They try hard to accommodate special orders. Compared to Home Depot it appears these people actually have a brain. I always appreciate it when people are on the ball and like their job. See u soon.

I called and requested a qoute, waited 2 days before checking back in. I was told that the person didn't want to qoute the material because she didn't like the manufacturer. Horrible customer service. I work for a large Construction company and I'd rather go down the hill now to find my material.

Great service! Inside sales ppl are polite and professional. The inside is big and had a lot of variety of fasteners and hardware and plenty of tools. Very well Managed lumber yard!

Pretty terrible experience going here, unfortunately I needed some plywood delivered because I was having issues getting a truck and had to go here, surprisingly it was more expensive than Home Depot, after setting up the delivery and everything, they didn't show up, so not only did I waste the day going down there and ordering the materials, but I wasted a whole morning/day waiting for something that never came so I requested that they refund my money and cancel the order, after weeks of no refund on my credit card I called to find out what was going on and they inform me I have to fill out some paperwork or come down to get cash refund… Why did they not tell me this weeks ago when I canceled the order Finally I get my printer working and print the form, fill it out and email them back, it's now days and I still don't have my refund this place is seriously horrible! do not go here!

Comprehensive lumber yard. Supplier of construction materials, tools and Simpson strong ties. Excellent fastener selection. I was happy to get what I needed for my job at hand. I also was helped quickly. Knowledgeable staff.

Terrible customer service. I called ahead to see if they had a lumber product in stock, they told me their system says they had 500 + pieces, I needed 400 so this was acceptable. When I showed up to pick it up, there was only 200 pieces. When I asked if there was more elsewhere they didn't know and said they would place an order to arrive Friday (2 days later) and they would call me when it arrived. Friday came, no calls so I decided to call them. The first call I was told nothing had arrived yet. When I asked if they would call me back when it does, they said "No, just keep calling us back" which is terribly inconvenient for the customer. I did call back again in the early afternoon to see if anything was in yet. Nobody answered the phone... I called back again- They put me on hold while they checked. When they came back on the line, they told me that now the shipment would be delivered Wednesday the following week. This is unacceptable as I am mid-project and cannot afford further delays. I will no longer be calling Diamond Pacific for any of my projects.
