I think their racist, most of their staff are baby boomer white men who from my experience were treating the white woman before me with such grace it seem to me like beautiful kind customer service. Then there’s me, I know me I’m a kind hearted very respectful to others young man born in the 90s the color of my skin is not my fault and maybe my tattoos do give off a certain stereotype but that’s not me okay! I deserved to be treated with kindness and respect too… I walked out of this what they call “a respectful establishment” feeling belittled and frankly disrespected for the way I was talked to very condescending but I’ll come in and give it another go and see how a second time around goes… its been a couple of years since so maybe they’ve changed .

Every time I’ve visited this location the staff has always been respectful and polite. They have always worked with me when ever I needed help financially. Highly recommended if you are in the East bay. Thank you Tony for always being professional and helpful.

I went to this jewelry store and sold some gold to employee named Alan and forgot to get my gold chain connected to my pendant went back to the location and they don't know what happened clearly stoled my gold chain and the tall bald headed guy called the police on me for asking questions about my gold chain that they took from me they are very rude and scammers do not do business here they are very greedy people and will scam you I am contacting the better Business bureau. Do not believe the manager tall bald headed guy they're going to reply to this review and make it sound very good on their half I am nothing but a gentleman to others that give me respect but when you steal from me my hard-working money it's a different communication. People look at the reviews and it will tell you a lot

Is incredible. I was taught to respect people more than people of the third age, but the man who served me gave me bad service. I am a frequent customer. I don't know why he lets narcissistic, psychotic, despotic people work in places like this. I will do my best to get rid of them. I will give you an advance on my jewelry if you come here, be very careful with Mr. white eyes, he will torment you psychologically...

I would not give one star however zI could not post anything unless I did. Came to store to purchase something- looked around stood in line - in 20 minutes I did not even receive eye contact or a welcome. 30 years ago we got our wedding rings here with very kind and personable staff. Not sure what happened - I will not be returning to purchase in the future.
