Our customer service sales representative, Luke Cropper, was absolutely brilliant from the outset.

He was very informative about the car, made us comfortable during the whole process & very communicative after the vehicle agreed sale. Luke kindly arranged some flowers for my wife too.

I would definitely recommend Doncaster Mercedes to people after this experience. I have always purchased VW Group cars & began to become dissatisfied with the service provided, but was pleased with the service provided by Luke/Mercedes. Would buy again if the vehicle ownership is a good experience!

Jack was absolutely fantastic from start to finish.
The showroom was really busy when we arrived but he went out of his way to acknowledge us, offered us coffee and then came back to us and made us feel like a valued potential customer.

His knowledge of the car was superb, outlining everything we needed to know. He has a great relaxed manner, lovely attitude and is a genuinely nice and very professional guy to deal with. Even when he was on his day off he made sure we had a contact, he made the whole process super easy and very reassuring.

On collection the handover was brilliant, and we left really confident and excited with our purchase.
Thanks Jack, this has certainly been one of the best car purchase experiences we’ve had!

After contacting Doncaster Mercedes, I spoke with Tara, who was more than helpful, Tara put me through to Ben who was informative, polite and professional throughout, there were no pressure sales tactics used. Upon arrival at Mercedes Doncaster we were met with professionalism and made to feel welcome. Buying the car was a smooth seamless process, guided by Ben. Would definitely recommend Doncaster Mercedes. I am extremely happy with my car, it was as described. Took my car in for a power steering recall and the service was fantastic. Not only did they complete the software upgrade but also did a walk round of the vehicle showing what work needed doing and a breakdown of the cost, free of charge. They did not put any pressure on me to have the work done with them, which as a refreshing change. While I was waiting I sat in the waiting area which was very comfy and quiet and had free tea, coffee, water and biscuits. Mark was the guy who looked after me and my car and his customer service was fantastic. I would highly recommend this dealership to anybody wanting to buy a car or have work done on their own car. Could not ask for more.
