I had my elderly father in the car. He was enroute to an emergency doctors appointment. The bank teller took way too much time to simply make a cash deposit. She was unapologetic and totally unconcerned and took other transactions before me even though they arrived much later. The teller could see the terrible condition my elderly father was in & made no attempts to make the deposit in a timely manner. Please upgrade the service at this bank. They used to be excellent.

If I could rate negative 5, I would. This is not my bank thank God. Nobody wants to work here. This is the rudest bank I ever been in. Plus I would never do any personal business here because they have cubicals set up with loan officers asking personal questions to customers. Where those are located, EVERYONE in the place can here it. They act like everyone is a criminal. How is this bank still open?

I don't understand why this bank is still open. They do not have any tellers to help customers at any giving time. Not only that I have a business account and with today is the third week in a row that the management let me know in a very rude and disrespectful manner that they do not have any money, that they couldn't fulfill the change order at all, gave me the change bag and told me it was the first of the month and dismissed me?!? I was not only shocked but in disbelief not only that I was told that if I need the change for my store I needed to go to a bank that is 5 miles away. I work in retail and I understand the coins issues, I understand the " people doesn't want to work " but my question is who is doing the money ordering? Is it done in a timely manner? Are they aware of any major holiday like next week? Are they getting ready for it, and planning accordingly to have heavy traffic? And most importantly why a bank runs out of money!!!

Stopped in yesterday with one of my customers (buying a car) and he needed a bank check for the purchase. When we walked in 2 people in line ahead of us and zero tellers - they were both at the drive thru. Finally after about 10 minutes one gets to us and 20 minutes later she prints out our check. the employees are nice and friendly but over worked by this bank. The big fat manager sat at his desk and never raised a finger to help them. Bank elsewhere - Wells Fargo could care less about your time.

Their “service manager” is pretty rude for no apparent reason. She Loves to tell everyone her job title and when a lady next to me had an issue she lectured the employee in front of me then completely stopped helping me to go and try to smooth over the situation by awkwardly over complimenting the lady. She came back and told me I can no longer do something I’ve been doing for years in a rude manor. Long story short I won’t be coming back to this branch again for my banking needs.

I have had to deal with the tellers several times lately on my son's account. They all were very friendly and helpful. Every time I go in or through the drive, they always say " good morning or afternoon, welcome to Wells Fargo". Sounds like this guy has other issues that only he can control.

I just have one question Wells Fargo I went in as an 18 yr old in Alabama to open a checking and saving acc without my mom on the acc they denied me? They told me I have to be 19 to open it without a parent signature. I have a really good adult friend of mine who was helping me and telling me I could do so and was also showing me on their own website that I could legally open it without an adult but yet I still got denied permission to make my own acc and not to mention u don’t start paying fees on it till ur 25 so can u plz tell me y I was denied the right to open my own acc regardless ur website telling me directly that I could make it make since

My sunglasses are prescription glasses. I have very poor eye sight. They made me remove my glasses after looking up my account for camera purposes. She then wanted me to read the little screen to confirm the transaction. I didn't ask, I had to reapply my glasses to read it. If I have my account info and ID I don't see a risk in me possibly robbing the place.
