We never got our state refund and IRS claims they have no record of it being filed. I have called, texted, left voicemails, and sent several emails. Very unprofessional. I cannot get in touch with them. I have no idea what to do about this. Does anyone have any advice on what to do?

Roxanne is the best around, hands down. She will work extra hard finding everything to get you every dime owed to you. I referred several folks and they were also happy. The cost is very affordable and by far, the cheapest around. Super nice and easy to work with. They make you feel like family. They may stay super busy, but she has ALWAYS answered and returned calls in a timely manner. Thanks Sam's Tax!!

Not professional at all. Raised the price for simple tax form from 65.00 to 100. 00 because H&R block charges that. This is not a H&R block place.
Miss Sam , she was very professional and we were with her for years.
Also don't expect to get in contact after your taxes are done.

Sam’s tax is one of if not the best, most knowledgeable and friendly people you will ever find. My wife and I have been using Roxane/sam’s tax for 20+ years and will never go anywhere else. P.S. My opinion is if you don’t like them then there has to be something wrong with you!!!
