Watch these people. We went in and bought 2 wedding bands. We asked if they could do better and was told he could take off the price of the sales tax. After leaving we discovered that the amount paid was more than it was suppose to be. Called about it and discovered that the prices quoted was different than they figured. Wound up paying over for the 2 rings. Nothing was resolved. Never shopping there again. Buyer beware.

I stand corrected from my previous review, I went in because after speaking with another employee at a different location- they let me know that is part of the closing procedures for the store, to put stuff up before close- so I will say that we went back and were very pleasantly surprised at the night/day service we received. The lady and gentleman working that day were most helpful, and all items were out to be seen! Much appreciated them helping us find something nice for ourselves. I do suggest getting there the hour before close if you’re shopping.

Stop in and asked about getting 2 pistols in serial number sequence. Took em about 5 minutes to tell me ok. (Yes I bought em) other places in Dothan I went to took longer to explain that you can't do that!
Kudos to the customer service and the extra mile they went for me.

Said they would hold my pawned 40 year old gun a couple extra day called two day after they said they put it out and sold it same day it past due did not do as promised will rip you off of family pass downs just to make a dollar never do business here if you give your word your supposed to keep that's bad business

Steve and his guys will do you right! They are not your average pawn shop! They will work with you and they take care of your property! I have nothing but great things to say about them and their service they provide! Always remember at the end of the day they are their to make money! No I don’t work for them! lol
