This company was used by our contractor on our new construction. We've been in our house a year and a half and all of our major issues have been HVAC related. When we first moved in, our heat didn't work. That was an easy fix. When it got warmer, our AC wasn't cooling properly. Once we finally got them to send someone out, they found out our unit was never charged with freon and was totally out. It wasn't cooling properly a few weeks later and needed more added. This is normal on a new install, but I had to argue to get them to come out and they didn't come when they said they would. It took weeks. However, the icing on the cake is we recently found we have 4 leaks in our ceiling. Every single one of them is around an HVAC pipe. I woke up this morning to puddles of water in the floor. We were told our ceiling would collapse if not repaired immediately. This will be the second leak repair since moving in. Last time our entire master bath had to be repainted. I will never use this company for anything else.

Invalid mother’s home had a ceiling leak because a faulty drip pan and alarm. Been asking for a solution for two years. Lots of promises and never shows up

Jared runs an honest professional business that's thankless until your system crashes! He gave us a fair price and provides options on equipment. From the time we decided on the equipment, Jered scheduled us for a complete replacement within 3 days ( Early August). He delivered the equipment the day prior and explained his crew would be here, but he would not due to falling ill. I admit I was a little concerned, but 5 techs showed up and all where professional and meticulous in their craft. Within 8 hrs the old equipment removed, new installed, cleaned up and went over all system functions. Couldn't be happier! As they say, "Happy wife Happy Life"

Jared arrived on time as promised. He explained in detail the problem with my AC and through swarms of mosquitos and high heat had us up and cooled off very quickly.
Jared is a fine young man and knows his business better than any.

Great installation on two new A/C units a few years ago but thy are very unreliable when there is an appointment to recharge the system. Had an appointment two weeks ago that no one ever came to or called me. When I called to see what happened they said they were sick, lol. People get sick but they usually call and reschedule the appointment or have a different employee come do the service call. Very disappointing to have to hire a different company but I can't wait weeks to have cool air when it's so hot. I would not recommend this company do to the lack of reliable customer service.

Don't waste your time on this company. Unreliable and unprofessional. Owner says he will do something but doesn't follow through or respond. Poor customer service.
