By far the worst service I’ve ever had from any company. I placed an order approximately 3 months ago for propane and was told it would be filled in a week or so. I have made 6 phone calls since then and have been told every time that my order was “lost” or “not placed in the system properly” and they would get someone out there asap. 3 months and 6 phone calls later I’m done with this company. Now dreading calling and telling them to come get their tank because I have a feeling they’re not even going to do that and I will have to move it myself so I can start an account with a decent company and get their tank set.

Called on Monday Dec 19th to get propane had about 15 percent. Here it is Monday Dec 26th still no propane and we are out. It’s takes 30 min to get through on the phone and then the receptionist is rude and they can’t even tell you if you are on the list or not. We will be getting our own tank in the near future. I miss southern lp!!
