Special shout-out to Sylvia and the other two staffs, the service porters, for their meticulous work, and Oscar from the management team for his professionalism and friendly demeanor. They all significantly enhance the living experience here. Highly recommend! 🙂

As a service member trying to find housing in an expedited manner can be challenging. Coming to Acadia, the leadership worked with me to find fast accommodations. I want to thank Angela and her team for the easy transition and experience. I appreciate the warm welcome and hospitality. Quite honestly it has been the best in location, amenities, fast response time and friendly service. Excellent 24hr maintenance request and accommodating to service animals. Acadia is a great community to be a part of with respectful tenants. It is a great place to call home!

I am writing a review for Sylvia at Acadia Apartments in Cypress, California. She is a very hard worker, very efficient, and I have never seen her sitting down. Sylvia’s work ethic is reflected in the appearance of Acadia Apartments. Everything is always spotless and It doesn’t matter where you are on the premises, from the elevators to the hallways, the smells are delightful. I hope Sylvia continues to maintain her employment here at Acadia Apartments as losing her would be very detrimental. I have only known Sylvia a few months, but I am very impressed with her and her abilities:-)

I’ve had a fantastic experience living at Acadia! The staff, especially Brandon and Gary, have been incredibly attentive and easy to work with, making the move-in process seamless. The apartment layout is well-designed and feels like home right away. The amenities here are outstanding—the gym feels just like a commercial gym, which is a huge plus. The location is great too; it’s close to the freeway and just a short trip to Trader Joe’s, with a lovely surrounding area. Highly recommend Acadia for anyone looking for a well-rounded and welcoming place to live!

We have been living at Acadia for about 6 months now and so far don’t have any complaints! The amenities are all very nice and clean. The staff are all responsive and respectful. Brandon is incredibly friendly and personable, always saying hi to everyone. Angela is always very helpful and warm. It is in a great area with many things in walking distance. We would definitely recommend it to anyone who might be interested!

We have been at Acadia since early July and it truly has been an wonderful living experience! We toured multiple places and Acadia checked off all our boxes. Brandon gave us our tour and since that moment, we knew we wanted to live here due to his professionalism, great attitude, and knowledge. Another huge selling point for us is the fact that these apartments are managed by Shea Properties. The amount of apartments managed under Greystar in Orange County is insane and we wanted a more intimate and personal level attention to detail which Acadia has provided us with. Luis, the maintenance guy, quickly assisted us in our service requests and is so caring. My husband and I accidentally got locked out one day and John, another maintenance guy, came to our rescue quickly! There is so much parking for residents and guests which was top on our list of priorities! The shared spaces and trash rooms are always kept impeccable by the friendly cleaning staff, which is greatly appreciated. We have only had one incident with a downstairs neighbor being upset with our footsteps, but Brandon swiftly stepped in and took care of the situation in a professional manner and helped make us feel comfortable. The shopping centers and restaurants nearby also make living at Acadia amazing! Overall, it has been an fantastic living experience and we highly recommend it.

Best of the best! Been here for about 3-4 months now, Acadia has exceeded our expectations. Its not only beautiful all around but the staff is very friendly. Just everything you could want and more. Parking is never a problem for friends and family because there an abundance of parking. The amenities are too many to count, from amazing pool area, to pet park to a pet spa! Yes they are pet friendly. Also, the clubhouse is beautiful. We have been very happy we made the decision to make Acadia our home. Brandon, Angela and Oscar are always available and respond quickly to any question we have. We love having Trader Joes at walking distance. Its truly a great area and great place to live.
