We have used ACUTRAQ for years screening our tenants, they have great customers service and always help me out when I am having issues. I always get our background checks within 24-48 hours. Its great for when needing to moving someone in ASAP. We also use them for Employee background checks, and also has been great for when someone unexpectedly quits, to hire some one new.

What a wonderful company. Acutraq does all our tenant screening. They call employers and landlords - something hardly anyone else does. They are very cost effective and their support is top-notch and total professionals. We use Propertyware property management software and would love integration. Propertyware has their own screening which doesn't hold a candle to Acutraq! I highly recommend this company.
