We contacted Desert Appliance for repairs to our clothes dryer and washing machine. This was our first time using their services, so unsure of what to expect. Well, were delighted by the service! We were extremely pleased by the quality of the service - both guys who came to the house were very professional and respectful. And were able to complete the repairs in a very short time. Edith who was our contact person at Desert Appliance was very responsive and made the entire situation stress-free. Desert Appliance is now our go-to resource for any appliance repair we may require in the future. Very professional!!!

It has been a long time since I have received such good service from such nice people.
Everyone I dealt with was knowledgeable, friendly and courteous.
They went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied.
Even when I made mistakes that took their time, they were helpful and polite.

Last week i had an issue with my ice maker, turns out All desert already had a guy out in my area (yucca valley) they were able fit me into their schedule to trouble shoot my issue and order the replacement part. By the end of the week they were able to replace the failed component, replace my refrigerator’s serviceable water filter and even added a water filter to my garage refrigerator. Will be my first call for any appliance needs from now on.

This company is very dangerous, unprofessional, unreliable, and dishonest. They are discriminating people of color, their services base of your color. Do not allow this company to your house. They would hurt more than they help. The person who they send to my house to fix my washer he has not idea about his job. They are holding space in Las Vegas and they are useless.

Great owner and very knowledgeable when it comes to your home appliances, he saved me hundreds by replacing a simple $40 part on my Dryer. Didn’t know a simple wheel can cause so much noise to the point it sounded like it was falling apart.
