Karstin, was able to inform me about other companies that offer me money to refinance with their companies because I was not going to refinance at all, but I had offers from $1000.00 up to $27,000.00 cash back, but none of those Companies loan include insurance or taxes and Karstin was the one who said look out for that, if you chose to go with someone else, and because of that none forceful attitude I chose her even though I did not received any money for refinancing. I have recommend her to my Brother and purchase his new Home last February 2019.
