Tried making a payment early and got billed a fee of $15. Asked for a manager to give me a call and was told by a rep that the manager reviewed my account and I do not meet the requirements to speak with a manager. I was told that this was in my contract. I was also given wrong information by a rep the first time I called , they stated the fee was on my banks side , whole time I’m calling back and forth , it was on Hondas side . They will penalize you even when you are a value customer. Also I tried making my payment for $15 and was told that I couldn’t because it had to be over $50. LMFAOO. They charged me a fees , denied to take it off even though my payment was not due yet , then denied me when I tried to pay the $15 fee , and also denied me a manger call saying I don’t meet the requirements for a call back. This place is a whole complete JOKE

Do Not Finance Your Vehicle Through Honda Financial Services! You've been forewarned. I don't know how these people have a score as high as 1.5/5. I tried to leave a review with 0 stars and it wouldn't let me. How can a business that is completely useless at the most basic functionality survive? They have failed time and again causing me to have to take time off from work and waste time at motor vehicles as well as spend time waiting on the phone for them, with absolutely no positive result! After which they refuse to allow you to speak with a supervisor. I always liked Honda vehicles, but Honda Financial Services is a terrible reflection on the vehicles as well. Save yourself time, money, and frustration. Keep away from them.

Honda financial has always been my go to with all my vehicles I’ve had. Recently in May I lost my job unexpectedly to new management and I’ve been and still having difficulty finding a new job. I’ve spoke with Honda so many times and tried to negotiate my 900 dollar monthly payment. Nope all the reps said they just advise me to continue to make payments!! :/ About a month ago I spoke with one rep which I was on hold for almost 2 hours! I tried to negotiate 1 more time because now I’m about 4 months past due but nope that rep was so inconsiderate and rude she kept telling me “if your not going to make a payment there’s nothing else I can do for you” I asked for a higher level rep and she kept telling me “ when can we expect your payment? If you’re not making a payment, thank you for calling”. So Honda come get your supposedly sport car that I’m paying so much for! Charged me 42,000 for a basic model 22 Honda accord lol!!

I was offered financing with American Honda Finance at a competitive interest rate at the time I bought the car. My biggest mistake is to go with a lender I was not familiar with. This lender has lost my payment and has been dragging their feet that there's no proof of payment when I know they cashed in on the money already. The employees at American Honda Finance manually input the account payment activity and somehow they missed one, and there's no accountability and solution on this. This is a tactic they use to play around to make you accrue more interest as much as possible. I know you have the money!

If I could give zero stars I would. The actual worst customer service. I will never do business with them again. They’re a huge company so what does it matter, right? If you’re reading this, explore other options. You will get screwed if anything slightly out of the ordinary happens do you while you’re in a contract with them.

Does not literally care about the reviews whatsoever. Do not lease from them. I leased a car from them and decided not to finish the lease. I have wanted to know the termination fee and they said there isn’t one. You must sell the car back to Honda and only Honda dealership (or Acura aka their brands) and then the amount they agree to buy the vehicle for comes out of your buyout amount as if you were purchasing the entire car and you owe the rest back. Well that would be fine but instead of making up front fee in the form of a lease termination fee they’re a scam. They corner you to sell to only their brand but offer you thousands less than competitors whom you’re not allowed to sell your vehicle to just to punish you. I was willing to sell them the vehicle for fair market trade invalue in mint condition with 2000 miles on it plus give the other $1700 ish I owe and was told no. They wanted to pay $2200 under what the vehicle is worth as punishment and refused to even acknowledge they specifically do that as punishment claiming that’s what the vehicle is worth when every single other offer besides theirs is literally thousands more. Completely, completely unfair.

Setting everything up online was a breeze. You can’t beat that LOW APR. There should be way more 5 star reviews for this place. This is a very easy and straight forward process.
