They don't even deserve 1 star but that's the minimum. They ripped me off for $100 bucks because their parts person Cheryl doesn't know how to look up parts and is very rude. To escalate matters they have a no refund policy regardless who's fault the wrong parts is. I will never make the mistake of doing business with appliance parts company again. And i would recommend you don't either.

This place is a life saver!!! After searching high amd low and after calling multiple companies amd all telling me that the part I needed for my water heater that ill need to special order it and wait couple of days for it and this was the only place that had it in stock.. this place will now be my go to if I need any plumbing or electrical parts.. customer service was beyond great as well.. great company from top to bottom and would definitely recommend to everyone!!

Bought a shift controller for my Maytag washer it had the correct part number for my.model and serial number. The part looked different than the one I was replacing, the lady said it was a newer updated version Then she told me if it is the wrong part they would not refund my money but if it was defective they would. She assured me that all the information was correct and the part was the correct part I installed it and it did not work, got the error code for faulty shift controller. I took it back and a different lady would not refund my money. She needed me to get her the serial number again so she could return it for the company to get a refund but said I could only get another one. So I took it, it doesn't work either. Never do business with a place that will not give a refund.

I got one from Amazon that does work.
So I would recommend just ordering from Sears or Amazon, the will both take returns and give a refund.

Staff are friendly and very helpful. Had a problem with microwave torsion spring. There is a left and a right and the part was labelled incorrectly. They were out but the counter lady phoned the closest office and had them pull the part so she could make sure it was the right one before having it sent. Great service and with a smile!

Love doing business with the local company. The lady at the desk was rude and shouldn’t deal with the public. She might know what she is doing but should be kept in the back away from the public. I would rather buy a new appliance than deal with her!
