This company has always been great to me. However, I ordered $60 of juice and it's been weeks and I've heard nothing. I've reached out and was met with response and I understand hardship. At this point you have stolen $60 from my pocket as I have still not yet received anything that I have ordered. I recommend you buy juice elsewhere at this point. I've been robbed. Too small amount to take to court but enough to make me never purchase here again. Fix this and I'll change my review. Otherwise, good luck. Alex was my point of contact. It seems as if he is taking your money and cutting ties. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE ANYMORE!

So I placed an order on Nov. 6th for the pandemic rda. I was charged 17 dollars for shipping even though I qualified for the free shipping because my purchase was over 50 dollars. I have not received a tracking number yet or my package. I have sent a number of emails with no response I have placed phone calls and left messages with now response. I have asked to either be shown a tracking number for my product or a refund for my 73 dollars and nothing! This company used to be a reputable company I ordered from often. However now it seems like ALEX is a THIEF! Hopefully I'll be able to take care of this with my bank to get my money back. Then I will definitely be filing a fraud report. I advise anyone and everyone to stay away from this site!

I ordered $80 worth of ejuice on January 24th and still have not received it or a tracking number. Can’t find who to contact because the number always goes to voicemail and says they don’t deal with complaints. The website no longer works for me to login. I’ve been ordering from this company for years and have never had an issue like this but this is unacceptable. Would just like to receive the product I paid for or get a refund.

I placed an order back on October 17,2020 for the Pandemic RDA, and a few other items. Everything EXCEPT THE PANDEMIC RDA arrived. I sent an email through customers service advising them of this.
Alex replied to my email and stated"THE PANDEMIC IS BEING SHIPPED FROM THE MANUFACTURER AND I WILL GET YOU A TRACKING NUMBER TODAY". WELL MORE THAN TWO WEEKS LATER AND I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY PANDEMIC RDA, IR A TRACKING NUMBER FROM ALEX.
ALEX WILL NO LONGER RESPOND TO MY EMAILS THAT I AM SENDING TO TRY AND FIND OUT WHEN I WILL RECO MY PANDEMIC RDA. IN MY LAST THREE EMAILS I HAVE ASKED FOR A REFUND OF THE COST OF THE PANDEMIC RDA, SO THAT I CAN PURCHASE ONE FROM A DIFFERENT VENDOR. ALEX STILL HAS NOT CONTACTED ME OR PROVIDED ME WITH A REFUND.
IF ALEX DOES NOT REPLY TO THE EMAIL I SENT TODAY NOVEMBER 9, 2020 IR PROVIDE ME WITH A REFUND, I WILL BE CONTACTING MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY AND FILING A FRAUD COMPLAINT AGAINST ARKANSAS E LIQUID.
