We have an older piece of equipment with a German engine that is no longer made, and parts are hard to come by. I called Arkansas Fuel Injection for a couple of small parts. Tommy was extremely knowledgeable an helpful and said they had them in stock. I drove 2 hours to pick up these parts up, and was only charged $12.68 for them. I tried to reimburse Tommy for his time. He smiled, refused to let me pay him more, and said, "We are here to serve our customers and we are happy to do so!" WOW! The place was busy and the shelves were stocked with repaired parts being shipped. Obvious to see why they are so successful! Thank you Arkansas Fuel Injection, you saved my day!

Not the greatest experience. I was told they couldn't get parts for my Doowon/Zexel injection pump for my Mahindra tractor. The parts that usually break when this type of pump stops working. I found the parts I needed after a few hours of research online and I knew nothing about injection pumps. I am a small business owner myself. Therefore I didn't feel the need to give a bad review and a one star rating over what is probably an isolated incident. I've heard nothing but good about this place. They are very nice people. I just felt like my pump problem wasn't very important to them.

Absolutely fantastic customer service. Brought in my Lister Petter diesel injectors & AFJ had them refurbished in one day. Couldn’t believe it. Amazing staff. Will be back!!
