Bank service is okay. They close way too early on Fridays. Debit card service one of the worst. They'll block it over the weekend making it impossible to access your own money. If your card is skimmed or information stolen it won't notify you - and your account will be drained. If you try to make a large purchase online it'll lock your card even after you verify it.

My Fiance banks there, clean in lobby, but on the day after a Holiday and so close to the first of the month, they needed more tellers helping customers, only one, while 5 other bank employees buried themselves doing

Bank of Sierra was one of many choices I had to choose from and I can say I went with the right bank to trust with my money. It is actually really easy to get started with them. They will walk you through the process and properly explain to you what you can and can't do and don't limit your questions they will have a answere for you.
Also they have a convenient app so you can see everything from bank statements and transactions to just see how much money you have Instead of always going to the atm now u can do it on your phone plus it's a great way to manage your cash so you can be a responsible adult😜... ohh they actually give you a gift when it's your first time signing up with them I won't tell you what it is though you'll just have to go and sign up and receive your free gift and speaking of free signing up is free and you don't scamed with extra fees for being with bank of Sierra I made the right choice for choosing bank of Sierra and so can you goo and sign up and tell them you got recommended by Martin so I can receive a second free gift and so can you by recommending others after you yourself had already signed up with bank of Sierra

Great bank, helpful staff, great rates. Not very big but they make up for it in customer service
