The man working there was incredibly rude, seemed irritated that customers were there, was dismissive of my coin collecting son, they do not care about treating customers with respect. Place is disorganized and dirty, way over priced. If you are looking for coins I recommend ANY of the other shops in the area.

Extremely unprofessional. Was rushed out during a sale & treated like dirt which is sad because ive done business with them through the years but sadly the environment is not friendly anymore. Collectors NEED to go else where & Sellers check other shops

Just my experience with the old man behind the counter.. He's rude, saying he's going to offer X amount, then says "I don't want any of it" with an attitude. Waste of my time. Not recommended

I've been here many times. The owner is very friendly, funny and knowledgeable. They give the best deal if you are selling silver and gold. I've checked out the majority of pawn shops in the area and baysavers has the highest payback. They will also give you really great deals when you buy. I've purchased a number of items from them and have been pleased every time.

I recently visited this business and was quite pleased with the way things went. They (Alex took care of my transaction) went out of their way to insure I left a satisfied customer. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a fair, honest deal.

If you want to know if you have something that's worth money but have never used a pawn shop or are concerned about getting a fair offer, this is the ONLY place in Sacramento to go. The owner Jim is very hands-on, he employs a small trustworthy staff. (To my knowledge) They are one of two businesses that have a spectrometer, so there is no guessing what an item is made of. He has a wealth of knowledge and if you are lucky enough to get him talking about California's Tectonics, pay close attention and he'll reveal exactly where you can find....

Very professional and knowledgable of Gold and silver. This establishment and staff are very honest and ready to explain all aspects of the gold and silver buisness. We will not go anywhere elae.

I went to Bay savers a week and a half ago as I was in a jam to get into a motel so I can finish getting my knee surgeries done and they had me squared away and ready to go in 20 minutes if you have anything that you want to get rid of this is the place to go
