I have had the good fortune to have Becky as my realtor and cannot rave enough about my experience with her. From beginning to end Becky was professional, prompt in her communication & attentive to all my concerns. Her network of other resources such as inspectors, builders & surveyors was incredibly impressive. Buying & selling can be a daunting task especially when it comes to the bigger ranch properties in our Clements area but Becky was always one step ahead in the process & her knowledge is priceless.

I found Becky on Google when I was researching for an agent I could work with. I gathered a list of potential realtors and called each one to interview them. What stood out to me about Becky was her honesty, transparency, & her knowledge regarding the area we were home hunting in. We've recently completed two real estate transaction with Becky. She helped us close two homes- one in Galt and one in Stockton. She is incredibly knowledgeable, she comes with lots of experience and you can count on her having integrity. I love that she is very involved in the community as well. If you want to work with someone who is going to give it to you straight, not afraid to challenge negotiating situations, & offer you different perspectives while supporting your decision, I recommend working with Becky.

The first time my mom and I met becky we were calling to see a property she had listed in wilton. She was in the middle of packing and getting ready to leave on vacation and instead of putting us off until she got back, Becky dropped everything she was doing and drove out to show us the property that same day. It took only a few minutes of talking after that that we decided she would one hundred percent be our realtor forever! Our first impression speaks volumes of becky’s character and commitment to her clients. You have her undivided attention when with her, and her knowledge and connections are priceless. We could not be any happier with our experiences buying and selling through becky!!

Our experience working with Becky Roenspie with Roenspie and Johnson Real estate Inc was excellent from the beginning. She helped us Sell Our Mothers home in Carmichael, and it sold very quickly. She was on every detail, had all her team working very efficiently and very quickly. The paperwork was easy to work through and she was there to answer any questions immediately. Even when we had a snag with an unexpected situation, she handled it very professionally and we hardly skipped a beat in the closing. I would highly recommend her services.

Becky was hands down the best agent we could have asked for. She listed and sold our ranch in Herald in under 3 months. The marketing, pictures, and videos she did for the ranch just speaks volume for the level of professionalism that she holds her standards too. One of the best things I can say about Becky is she works for you, she fights for you, she is 100% for you. If you send an email you will get a response. If you call her she will pick up the phone, if she can’t pick up the phone she will text you saying she’ll call you back… and she calls back, if you text her she will text you back, getting a hold of Becky and asking her anything along the way was never an issue. This sale involved myself and my ex partner. We almost were going to have to joint list because of not being able to find somebody that we could both work with and worrying about an agent picking sides……until we found Becky. The level of trust, professionalism and circumstance this sale was, was not the easiest and Becky handled everything so perfect with the 3 of us being able to work together. 5 stars is not enough, she deserves 100. I am very much looking forward to Becky helping us find a new place. Becky definitely proved that there is nothing she can’t handle.

Becky is absolutely wonderful!! My house sold to a lady who attended the open house. I had refreshed the kitchen, installed new windows and had the interior painted. Becky took that and had it sold within a week. She made me feel secure and answered all my questions. She even had a video made telling about the cute little community of Galt, CA and did a walkthrough of the house. What can I say ? Becky is the consummate professional.

From the start Becky made me feel comfortable and confident,and continued throughout with her knowledge n competence of the process.
