These people are no help over the phone. Ive called a few times with different issues. Every time they want you to call someone else. Also every person ive ever gotten on the phone is always super rushed sounding and are always real snippy. They can print your tag and take your money but thats about it.

I went to Benton DMV to try and get my Disabled Veteran plates which has been a 3 year battle because of my previous state. Stacie at the Benton office worked on the problem for at least 45 minutes and got me my plates. Everybody should have a Stacie in their company. She deserves 10 stars. Thank you Stacie, You made an old broken down Veterans day..

My visit to this office is always pleasant and they're always very nice, I'm working out of state and needed some information and the woman I was talking to was talking so fast I could hardly understand her she gave me anxiety by just listening to her some advice don't call her she was no help at all

I know everyone dreads going to the DMV however I had the best experience today from the Assessors office to the Collector and even in to Motor Vehicle. Rochelle was the best she was extremely knowledgeable and helpful down to fixing my bangs for a good D.L. photo! Thank you for a great start to my day!
