Very friendly staff. Always ready to answer questions.
If you need something not in stock they will special order it.
I go there often. When I purchased my fryer they handled all the rebate paperwork.
When fryer broke under warranty they looked up all the info I needed to get the warranty service. I felt this was important because who truly wants to try and find your paperwork from 8 months earlier?

I continue to be impressed with this team. Last Friday, I had a NO-SHOW by a company that confirmed an appointment to take a look at our commercial oven. In a panic I phoned Best Buy at 4:55pm on a FRIDAY looking for a lifeline as to who might be able to emergency service my oven. Meghan answered the phone and put me in touch with a wonderful company that communicated and showed up. I am so thankful to have Best Buy as a resource, not only for my restaurant supply needs, but as referral Ninjas. People I can rely on in a pinch to connect me with other qualified companies to service my business. THANK YOU MEGHAN and team Best Buy!

Great service from the ladies working on the floor, one employee offered a suggestion on how to better my project by bringing me her idea to help improve my project, now that's what I call excellent customer service, not to mention the other sales lady who said hello with a warm greeting to me and told me to have a nice day upon me leaving the place of business. For that I gave ☆☆☆☆☆ for the service I received from the ladies working there. I'LL BE SURE TO TELL EVERYONE ABOUT THIS RESTAURANT SUPPLY STORE ON VARNER RIGHT OFF OF BOB HOPE DR. Once again thank you very much for such great service.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE !!! I had a problem with shoes I purchased. Some sales person said she would call the company and get back to me on Monday. Monday came and no phone call. Tuesday, I called and was told she was helping a customer and would call me back. I still have not received any response several hours later. Common courtesy to a customer would dictate that you at least return the phone call. NOT GOING BACK !
