Bad service, and not a very kind man running the place either. I would suggest looking elsewhere.

A cat rescue has been trying to help the local population and this man is uncooperative, choosing to poison them instead and calling the rescuers racist slurs for no reason. Not the kind of business I want in my community. We help each other here, not harm.

They are cruel to animals they leave chili powder all over the ground which hurts innocent animals. They get it on their paws and rub their eyes which will burn and blind them. If they can’t even be humane to animals then they aren’t going to be fair and decent as a business

This review is well over do... I called Best Forklift Services Inc. few weeks back. I spoke to them about a master cylinder seal that was leaking. The receptionist that helped me over the phone was very nice and helpful, we made an appointment for their technician to come and inspect our forklift for an estimate. Few days later the technician came and inspected the forklift, he was well aware of the information that I provided previously over the phone. The technician to pictures and ask questions. once everything was approved we set up a new appointment for the repair of the forklift. The following week the technician came to repair the forklifts and was done within a few hours. Their technician is well experienced and answered all my questions without hesitation, he was kind enough to throw in some new battery terminals and inspect our engine for no extra fee. I would highly recommend.
Best Forklift Services Inc. has been around for 35+ years now.

These people are shameless. They charged me $3,600 for fixing a forklift that doesn't even cost $2,000 with the promise that it was going to end up like new. They did a horrible job. I brought this to their attention and they took my forklift for three months and delivered it back the same - now they can't do anything because it doesn't have warranty - of course they had it for 3 months! They are tricksters. I do not recommend their services at all.

I called last week Wednesday to get service on our forklift. They said that they were busy and wouldn't be able to get a technician out until Friday, which is fine, but no one ever showed up. I called Friday around noon and they ensured that a technician would be there between 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm. After hearing this, I let them know that our business closes at 4:30 pm, so if they could come between our operating hours it would be better. I waited past 5, no one showed up, no phone call no nothing. The following Monday, I called, no one picked up and haven't had any return calls. Despite using their service in the past, we will no longer be using them in the future.

Terrible service. Not reliable at all. I had to constantly call back to ask when I would be getting service, running a week or two behind.
