One of the least expensive options around. Its a gated property, even though the area felt less than safe, I didn't feel that way once inside. Even though i checked in late, the manager was cheerful and helpful. Room was pretty basic, but clean. A few horn honks here and there, but generally pretty quiet. There are several fast food and other dining options in the area.

This motel is a great value spot! A girlfriend and I road tripped down from Vancouver to Seattle for an overnight before continuing onto Portland. We've each stayed in Seattle several times before and know staying in downtown Seattle is pricey, so truly appreciated the value of this motel.

Service was great - both women at reception were friendly, approachable, outlined their policies well, and explained parking/gated access clearly. In fact we both mentioned a few times how nice and welcoming they were, so we must commend their great customer service.

Parking was gated and felt secure, even though it was off a major road. Wasn't too noisy at night.

Room was clean and comfortable, and a great basic no-frills stay for us! Would highly recommend to others looking for a simple, clean, but great value stay.

Best motel, use to be the infamous Evergreen Motel (if you know, you know). But don’t let that discourage you, from staying here! Clean rooms, inexpensive, secure: gated around the whole premise (they give you a key code, to go in & out as you please) The front desk lady was super sweet & accommodating. We were a little annoyed, that the gentleman out front, wouldn’t let us check in 20 minutes early.

Location is not safe and it is in a shady area. We arrived late to check in and drove through the street where the hookers standing on both side of street.||Drape polyester kind of sheet was used over the bed. The night person was hostile and gave us attitude when we asked for regular bed sheet. He walked in the room and yanked the sheet out of the bed.||Finally, we got to sleep and around midnight loud shouting and conversation started outside in addition to water dripping sound.||Worst experience ever, never going to book from bookings.com||We didn’t feel safe to stay for the second night and when we brought up the issues to motel staff we got hostile attitude in respond.||Bookings.com couldn’t handle the situation for refund for second night so we just left for our peace of mind and safety.||Absolutely don’t recommend this place.

Couldn’t call or book online on their site for some reason and showed the Nice and informative young man working 3/26 around 7:30pm. He Let me know everything I need to know and let me put the $100 deposit on a different card, so it would tie up my vacation money. So we just drove there and hoped for the best. CLEAN AND REMODELED. Spacious bathroom, only complaint is no bathroom counter area to sit things. Nicely decorated rooms with pop of color and the chic bedspreads. Oh wish they had different charging ports for USB or USBc but nope, Bring your charging block. The king bed could have used 2 more pillows. But we have some of our own. Great value for a clean updated quiet motel. Try booking online through 3rd for a discounted rate.

Clean, decent room for an affordable price. The area isn't the best, but the parking lot is gated and that felt safe to me. The staff was friendly.
