Making an appointment was easy and Brandy quickly confirmed that I was added her schedule. Plenty of parking and easy to find her office located in the heart of Fillmore. She is very professional and she knows what she is doing! This is very important! She explains everything to you and is happy to answer questions. She is active in the community helping raise funds for school events and is a pleasure to chit chat with regarding our local happenings. Her fee is more than reasonable for the excellence in service she provides. 6 stars!

For every prospective buyer/seller, Brandy Lengning is hands down the best. She works hard for her clients and fights til the end. I appreciate her honesty, Communication and has your best interest at heart. Brandy ultimately saved me from falling out of escrow at the last minute this week. Brandy was the sellers agent and that’s how we first met. A very long story short, I was a first time Home buyer and originally made the biggest mistake hiring a realtor (who I thought I could trust) and loan officer that when all said and done, could not get me a loan, or communicate with me effectively which led to so many issues for over a month. I STILL had not been approved for a loan and was only days away from closing date. Then Brandy recommended loan officer, Blake Allred from Edge Home Finance five days before my closing date. Blake got me approved right away with no issues as he said he would!. From the time Blake came on board, everything went smooth, and he always updated me throughout the day, even after hours. Brandy and Blake together make a solid team. They have the same common goal in mind and that is to make sure that you are taken care of. After talking with them, and going through this experience, they reassured me that all will go well and said so with confidence. They went beyond to ensure that everyone was happy with this transaction. While the last month and a half was stressful for me and I’m sure for all, I learned a very VALUABLE lesson about hiring the right team. I had to experience the wrong to know the right.
