This place has some really good burgers. I was also impressed with how clean the place was. The tables and floor were kept up on. They did have a variety of machines for drinks, although when I went today, only the soda machine was operating. The young girl made her rounds to the tables and asked if everyone was enjoying their meals, which was really nice to see her checking for satisfaction. These burgers are juicy. And I don't know what it is about the fries here, but I think they are the best I've ever had. They have like a perfect crunch, with the perfect inner softness. And i really enjoyed the special sauce they have. It was worthy of dipping the fries in, and came on my shack burger.

Come and try these burgers .. You won’t be disappointed… Great taste well seasoned and juicy… loved the wedge fries and dip sauce.
Don’t waste your money on those fast food commercial places. Once you try these burgers your level of expectation will be raised… Owner / chef on site put his own touch to the menu.

Super clean place, cute decor, and the food is very tasty!
the fries are crispy but not oily. Loved the maple siracha chicken sandwich with made from scratch dipping sauces.
If you are a burger lover, the swiss and mushroom burger will not disappoint! Will definitely be coming back.

I was in the mood for a burger and it just so happen to be walking by and saw this place. I ordered a mushroom & Swiss burger along with loaded fries beef. The burger was tasty. The loaded fries was delicious as well, but I found the sauce a bit sweet for me. Next time I'll not order it loaded. I'll definitely visit again.

Great place for lunch after a hike at Daley Ranch. It was absolutely fantastic. One of the best burgers I've ever had and the fries are outstanding as well. My husband had the maple chicken which was also delicious. The prices are also very reasonable. I hope they add a soda fountain, but I will definitely go back for the burger and fries.

A true East Valley Parkway GEM!! Everything I've tried so far has been 10/10 Mushroom Swiss, Bacon Chicken Club, Loaded Fries, and my personal favorite the Pesto Arugala with Blue Cheese!! There is something for everyone.

Tried this place on the recommendation of a friend. Did not disappoint, so good! I had the Swiss Mushroom and added garlic sauce: delicious. My FIL had the Flaming Hot and really enjoyed the spice. We tried most of the different types of burgers and they were all good.
They serve classic smashed burgers where there are multiple thin/crispy patties in one burger. The buttery, toasted bun was one of my favorite parts.
My 9yr old got the Shack Junior and was very happy because it did not come with lettuce and tomato. It was also smaller than the regular burgers but not too small. Next time I might order myself that size.
Interesting fries, expected them to be soggy after my 10 min drive but they were still crisp and I enjoyed them more than I expected.
I was offered ranch or shack sauce as they packed my order. They happily gave me both to try. Shack sauce reminded me of a honey mustard bbq dip.
So happy to have a quality burger joint in this part of Escondido.
