I grew up going to this store had amazing clothes,shoes,perfume,makeup etc I recently went and got pro club sweat pants and I go a lot for makup they have all the newest trends at great quality stuff! The Customer service is good to me I’ve never ran into any bad situations. the guy at the counter always tells me tips on how to wash Sertant clothing so they won’t get messed up.

I’m a 12 year old boy ( Mexican btw) I went here with my dad and The asian guy at the counter was told me to put my hoodie down and did not watch his tone so I put my hoodie back on then he got mad so we left he was so disrespectful everyone should be treated the same but he seems to think other wise and that’s on PERIOD!!

Guy told me he wouldn’t take my $100 bill because it wasn’t a new one that they only take blue $100 bills told me I would have to go to the bank and get change because they don’t want to go the process of checking the bill with a marker because it takes too much time.

So I went in today around 2 o’clock to get a gift for my little brother. Other than getting him a gift I decided to get some other items but unfortunately I had to leave them because if I remember C&C used to be a bit cheaper but now it seems like their prices have gone up. the items I had were a flannel two pairs of socks and three single socks of a character I go up to the counter and the person that is there the cashier who is very rude. The stuff that I had came a total of $50 so I took them off. He ends up, making a comment that the amount of money that he saw in my hand wasn’t going to be enough. I felt that it was very rude that he said that . In my mind it’s him basically calling me broke. The only items I got were a flannel and a chain that I saw as soon as I left the store, I said the D word.

Let me start by clearing up THIS IS NOT A RACIAL MATTER! 🚫
The clothing prices are not affordable anymore
The staff including the owners and their son are rude and disrespectful people.
I will no longer be supporting this store and strongly advise that the owners be investigated due to the way the other employees are treated .. awful people.

First and last time we will ever purchase from this place! The guy at the counter is rude. I understand that he needed an ID for purchase, then why did he charge my card first? Not only that, but just the way he looks at you is rude. No thanks. I'll just drive to Oceanside or order from Amazon.

The owner is extremely racist and extremely entitled. I parked near by to tend to my baby. There were over 20 empty spots and the owner seemed to take offense that my big truck was taking up two spots. She then proceeded to cuss me out and tell me that she owned all the spots and demanded I move. Then her husband came out and gestured that he was going to pull his fire arm out on me. I don't recommend anyone going to this business.

Worst customer service ever, I've tried to give it a couple of tries, but the owners son is just so rude and condescending. And like some previously stated, he acts like he doesn't want to be there. If I were to proudly say "this is my mom's shop" I would treat the people or the place the same way
