I would just like to thank all of the team at Titanium Gun. My 1911 came out FANTASTICALLY! The turn around was much faster than i expected and the quality exceeded what I had in my head. Now im looking in my gun safe to think about my next bling project!

I contacted them about a week before I decided to go ahead and have my Pistol coated. It was for a SiG P320 X5 Legion. They were very professional, knew what they were talking about. I knew after talking to them that this was the place I was going to. I shipped it to them and they contacted me to discuss the work I wanted done and made helpful suggestions. They even installed some parts I sent along for additional upgrades. Very friendly and easy to get ahold of for updates. They even had a sale going on that I didn't know about but gave it to me anyways. That shows a level of honesty I wasn't used to and I want you to know it too. Turnaround was 3 weeks after I sent it in and the quality is superb. Looks great and was worth the wait. I definitely recommend them for anyone interested or curious about getting a coating job done.

Titanium gun did a fantastic job on my pistol barrel, it turned out better than I expected. Beautiful finish, quick turnaround, and great communication through the process. I will be sending more part!

I sent gun parts to get coated and they sent back the wrong part. After i called and spoke to someone named bethany she apologized and said that they will get the right part and that her boss said that they will refund half of the money i paid for the inconvenience. After waiting more then a week with nothing i called again and spoke to a guy named John salazar. He told me that i was mistaken because he sent me the right part from the beginning and that i would not get the refund that i was previously promised. When i asked to speak to bethany or his boss he said no and that for me he was the boss there then he hung up. Bethany was very polite and tried to resolve the issue but this john salazar person was extremely rude and unprofessional. Im guessing that he was the one that lost my part. What he sent me does not fit my gun. Its been almost a month and i can't put my gun together because of this mess. Very dissatisfied customer.

They lost my parts and told me to take my loss and stick it! So I have half of a very expensive Kimber! This company is a bunch of CROOKS! There are honest people that provides the same service's out there,, I recommend anyone reading this find someone like Brian at 1911 Gold Rush!
