I recently did a tour of DC Heights and first off, the staff was AMAZING! Especially Paige! She was very kind, professional and helpful! She was always quick to respond and was more than willing to answer any questions we had. The office was very inviting and overall the apartments are beautiful and spacious. I can’t say enough good things about this place and it’s wonderful staff!

The front office staff are the best, from the time I decided to take a tour back in March 2024 until now October 2024, I've not had one negative experience with the staff. The same goes for any maintenance issues the property has had (which there has been very few)......they are always quick to get whatever the issue might be fixed in a timely matter. For being in downtown Chandler the cost of living here is very reasonable as well. 5 stars, I'd recommend to anyone looking to live in this part of the valley.

Been living at DC Heights for almost a year, and I have to say it’s been a fantastic experience! The complex is really new, so everything feels fresh and modern, from the apartments themselves to the shared amenities. The leasing office team is incredible. They’re always friendly, responsive, and go out of their way to help with anything you need. While the complex is new and still has a few things to learn and improve on, the staff is always open to feedback and genuinely committed to making sure residents are happy. If you’re looking for a new, modern place with a top-notch leasing team, DC Heights is a great choice!

I have been renting a one bedroom apartment from DC heights since June 2024 and have been very happy with my decision to rent here. The price is very reasonable compared to others in the area and I was immediately impressed that the layouts of the units are incredibly functional and feel spacious despite being slightly smaller than some of the other apartments in the area. I definitely recommend stopping by for a tour if you have any doubts, I almost wrote this one off completely on square footage of the units alone (glad I didn’t). Units are very new and very nice and are come with excellent new appliances. The pool is a good size and very nice one too. The other amenities are everything you need. Office staff is very helpful and friendly. Of the issues I have had they have worked quickly to resolve them and notify you reliably when they are resolved. Maintenance is quick to help and has gotten the job done quickly every time.

My only complaint was not having access to the mail room outside of leasing office hours, but that is getting resolved in the next week or so, a few months earlier than anticipated. I’m very happy I chose to live at DC Heights.

Perfect location!! The team in the Leasing office are amazing. They are always willing to go above and beyond. Maintenance has been great also. If something needs attention it's always repaired in a timely manner. Keep up the great work!!

Lived laughed and loved here for almost a year now. Staff is amazing. Especially Paige. She spells it with an i so please don’t forget that. Tim is also the man. Actually I can’t say enough about all of the staff. Great neighbors, great location. Come on down and check it out.
